Mae Geller greatly advocated on our behalf with the sellers. We almost bought a different house, which she advised against. After the inspection, it was determined we would need to spend upwards of 100k to fix that house. She was right the whole time and very knowledgeable about home repair and VA requirements. She pointed out a lot of things about each house that we didn't consider or notice and that really helped us make our decision. She was also insanely quick to get things done. Far exceeded every moving experience I've ever had! If I ever move again, she will be the first person I call!

Mae is a great person to work with. She does her best to find what your looking for. Being a first time home buyer she made sure to answer all questions and explain what ever we didn't understand. She makes sure she gets back with you asap if you leave her a message. I would use her again if I ever need a realtor in the future.

Mae was caring and patient and didn't mind looking at different homes with me even in the weekends. She was very interested in finding me a home that would be in my best interest regardless of making a sale or not. That time, we're looking for someone we could trust our house with, someone we could rely upon because we'll be moving out of state and we know we won't be able to finish the transaction of selling a house before moving. And that came Mae, she goes beyond,giving us a full knowledge of the area, she's accessible, very responsive when it comes to text or call and easy to work with. She made it easy for us to move,considering the buyer and (i&my husband) still in the middle of the contract.

We we're able to find a buyer only 5days our house in the market, that's very impressive. Even we still have to do some minor fixing with the house after the inspection we still able to close on the date as planned.
